The Apartment
This 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is set in a stunning location away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life but close enough to all of the amenities that you would expect.
The main room of the apartment is open plan with a living area with airconditioning, there are patio doors which open out onto the garden. There is a dining area and seperate kitchen which overlooks the central piazza and swimming pool where sun loungers and parasols are provided for the use of guests of this property.
There is a Jacuzzi in the private patio area looking down to the sea which is for the sole use of this apartment.
Outside there is a large shared swimming pool located in the central piazza with a sea view and a separate children's pool.
Sun loungers and parasols are provided at the poolside.
Communal showers and toilets are located downstairs, lift access is available to these.
A private parking space is available downstairs or on the road outside the apartment.
Linen and Towels are included.
**Full use of the Aircon is included in the price.**
**The Jacuzzi is charged extra to cover the running costs if required**
There is one bedroom which opens out onto the garden and Jacuzzi. There is a walk in wardrobe and air conditioning. The bedroom has a zip link bed that can be made up as either 2 singles or a king-size bed for maximum versatility.
This is not the standard orthopaedic mattress that is commonly found in Cyprus, but is a British supplied quality mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would expect in a modern kitchen including

A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
A £50 deposit (refundable for damage / key loss) is required at the time of full payment to cover breakages. This will be refunded promptly.
